Where can I find the designs available?

You can find the images available within the product photos. There will be a photo with all the available images and the design number that corresponds next to the images.

How long will my order take?

All of our pieces are handmade to order, so please allow 3–5 working days for production. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days within the UK.

Can I personalise my order?

Absolutely! Personalisation is at the heart of what we do. Simply add your details at checkout or get in touch if you have a specific request — we love bringing your ideas to life.

What if I need my order urgently?

We'll always do our best to help! Please contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate a rush order.

Do you accept returns?

As all our items are made to order and personalised, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us with a photo of the damage and we'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the UK. Please get in touch if you're based outside the UK and we'll do our best to help.
